Talisien
I was really bored, so I started working on the activation rates for various things. I'm going to keep working on it until the whole list is done- every enemy, every ability that actually has an activation rate you might need to know, with and without a V50x unit. Yeah, kind of ambitious. I definitely have too much free time. It gives me something to do between mag feedings, though, lol. As of right now, I only have the ones I figured out a while ago because I use them the most- the Hell special in Episode 2, with and without the V502. More will come as I have time. I'm only doing the ones for Ultimate difficulty, though, because in the lower difficulties most special abilities will work almost every time they hit due to low enemy resistances. Oh, and if someone is feeling REALLY ambitious, they could translate this into the other languages we have here. That's a little further than I want to take it, since I'd be using Google or something and I know how badly that butchers things. The format is enemy name, followed by the Normal rate/ One Player rate. Keep in mind when looking at these tables that this is only the activation rate; you still have to actually hit with the attack before these numbers come into play. In fact, he's probably explained it a few dozen times by now, lol. Mad props for your patience, Zack. Choko
Keep in mind you also need to do cast vs non-cast ;P
Talisien
Keep in mind you also need to do cast vs non-cast ;P For some of them, yes. The 30% bonus that casts and caseals get in Ultimate only applies to ESP-based attacks, so that's Freeze, Confusion, and Paralysis. The bonus doesn't apply to the Instant Kill specials because they are based against EDK.
Choko
I had interpreted it that you were going to do every special activation rate, and I saw no mention of casts being factored in the intro....just thought I'd remind you if you didn't know, which it seems you do. o:

Plus I've spent a lot of time reading what Zack has shared on the Schthack forums, and he seems to be one of the most knowledgeable people around when it comes to how the game actually works.
