I got through the large room with the laser gates, then there was a room with rocks/debris, and finally there was a small room with absolutely nothing in it. That small room with absolutely nothing in it should have one of those special star warps iirc (the kind you see in medbay of ttf if you have a branch of paku paku to make striker of chao with, or in certain government quests). The warp should just be there naturally if you did everything correctly. The branch of paku paku is only needed for the one in Towards The Future (TTF) quest, where you see a star warp in the medbay if you have that item, and can take it to go convert it into a striker of chao by standing under the waterfall. I merely referenced it since it's one of the most common places people will see that kind of star warp. The other common place someone might have seen one of those star warps is in the government quests. Shiva's picture shows it quite clearly.
