i'm helping my friend unseal a lame dt argent, bbut i kill and kill but it won't count the kills? It says i have 0 kill count? can anyone help me idk whats going on?

I start the game fine, but then I then a error message saying I lost connection, randomly disconnects me and takes me to the start menu. Is it because I have a wi-fi connection and it might be slow? Let me know if there's any help.
