Thank you to all that helped make this happen. It's a good start. My question to the community and to leadership is: What can we do to help aside from streaming/ marketing-advertising and the thank yous for your hard work?

I disagree and we can agree to disagree. I will say this though, I've noticed any time someone has new ideas for the server or when people in the community pipe up and ask about changes, you disagree and say something negative... Maybe you enjoy the lifeless state of the community and want it to fail. Who knows. That's just my take.

Hate to say, but I couldn't agree more... What exactly does @Larva need to make the changes? Is it funding? Is he not making enough money? Do we need to pay a coder to help with adding new content and updating the game play? Are we just not open to making new changes? What do we have to do to get someone who cares? Because the server is definitely overall neglected... That statement has nothing to do with adding new content or making changes to the server. Nothing to do with OP equips or changing drop rates. We don't even have the staff to get events on time. So when it comes to advertising, supposedly posting on forums, and Twitch Streaming... What are we really doing here? Because when people come, they'll stay for a little bit and then realize the server had the Valentine's day event banner for 8 months and was just changed a few weeks ago... Hell, make it a see all tell all. If we need funding for professional advertising. Say that and start a GoFund me on the forms. That would be more proactive than what's happening now. I've lived and played PSO since Dreamcast days. Played through the FSOD days of Gamecube Ep1&2 and BB official Sega servers, and before I went to college in 2012 I was on Schthack's Server. It really does hurt to see something with so much potential - rot. Even now, almost over 20 years later since the original release of PSOBB... THIS server has the potential to make a comeback and have hundreds of players. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and hoping for new results. The state of the server won't change until we make changes... and it starts with Leadership-Larva/GMs(hiring new people) and then goes down the line to players and community... That's my 2 cents... Love all you guys.

Having every class on every ID at level 200 is very repetitive... I know people that have a Hucast with all selection IDs and they're all level 200... If that doesn't say the leveling and exp part of the game is outdated, I don't know what yo tell yah. Daily rewards would be perfect but it couldn't be super OP. Maybe like raffle tickets and then add mini games in that one lobby... Ultima could literally mimic what most free to play mobile games or online games do to keep people playing and keep people active. Even if its just a daily log-in. It's a start.

Oh yeah. When I talk about adding new things to the game, I don't mean new items. I've always thought level 200 on Ultima was outdated and obsolete. People spam CCA and hit 200 during event times like its nothing. Adding an incentive for gaining exp (bragging rights) or some kind of prestige system would be perfect... or kill counts like during the historical AOL cup event back in the day...

Nahhhhhh that doesn't count Kotta. Everyone here knows when there's an event on and or HH, people get on and play XDDD. We need ideas that increase game play outside of event times to bring back old vets / make more people playing daily/ and also make new players want to stay...

I think there should be a vote on whether to change the classic play or add new content to bring new players... Just my opinion. New content meaning adding things that bring replay value to the game instead of spamming (x) quest to get (x) item during (x) event. Daily log in/ prestige system/ kill count quest events. I know a lot of the issues we have to add new content is coding and that takes time and money...

I'll be on in a little bit if you want to play and I can introduce you to some of my friends. I've played pso GC and pso BB since 2002/2005 and I still feel noob or have noob moments, and that's okay! We're all just playing the game at this point for the nostalgia and feelings we had 10-15 years ago! Let me know! I go by Jack or Kikaider in game!

I haven’t been here that long.. only a few months, but in all honesty. I say let him. From the conversation I’ve had with him, he’s seems cool. Psobb is almost over 20 years old. The community isn’t that large. Most of the topics on the forums haven’t been posted on in months. We aren’t bringing in new players and if we do, they don’t stay long. toxic or Untoxic I’m all for bringing old players back especially if overall, they have the same passion and love for pso as I do… I know he has some good ideas to bring to the table regardless of if you agree with them or not, discussion is needed
