All recovery items in shop Undoubtedly a great QOL to have. Lobbying without a quest As far as I know, this is made artificially in 3 steps 1) Warp to pioneer II if initially on Ragol (not sure about this one) 2) Start a quest 3) Immediately exit the quest (Qexit) So that'd still make 2 extra loadings for returning to lobby which would feel... a bit weird? That aside, I don't like how it would make CCA farming more broken than it already is on Ultima. Fast Bursting I really wanted to see fast bursting, but this has a similar issue to the previous point... While the time gain would be pretty much insignificant (although definitely welcome) to anyone who runs long quests, such time gain is going to be huge for "early resets". I hate how some quests make it "play first room then /lobby" the most efficient way to grind stuff (PPP for Merikles, MA4 for Rappies, MADesert for Merissa/Girtablulus, LHB for Del Lilies etc...) so I really don't want to encourage that practice even more by making it even more OP and removing the top reason for NOT doing that. Being able to have more than 4 characters per account Was mentionned in staff on August 2019, Soly said it was tedious and sadly didn't get back on this. Being able to have more than 999,999 meseta in a bank This is not going to happen as long as meseta rooms are still a thing. The same players would stay forever in the room since they'd want to fill all their banks, and one can only drop/pick 999,999 meseta a time.

I decided to make some modifications to S rewards (V1.15). For people who still wonder NYC's value (I thought someone else would do it) : On the hit basis, 40 NYC = 20 hit = 15 DTs 1 DT = 2.67 NYC On a special basis, 15 NYC = 1 special = 10 DTs 1 DT = 1.5 NYC So for this month, any price is fine because a raffle ticket value cannot be mathematically defined, but starting from March, the cost of NYCs should never exceed 1 DT for 1.5 NYC.

For a long time, Yellowboze had an unfair bias to get hit% more often than any other section ID in episode II. Today, the chances of rolling hit% have been adjusted to be equal for all section IDs. Because I don't know every single quest that exists on Ultima with all their monsters count by heart. If I asked you "what's the best quest to farm Goboomas, Pal shark, Canune, ep II Arlan, Ze boota, ep I boxes etc...." Can you tell me exactly and respectively which quest it is best to farm each of them? For example some of us just learnt not that long ago that some government quest is more efficient than any other quest for Dark Gunners because it had a very early room that had some. Before that, everyone would always run PTS because they wrongly thought it was best. Did you know that? I bet not. Yes. For "years". More precisely, one year. (christmas event 2021 => christmas event 2022) There are more than enough to reach the highest threshold. And that's not even counting all years spare drops. Proof that you didn't read after all then... I did say "this year". Not "this christmas event". And also proof that this was ridiculously easy: you've made 500 new year cards in a single week. Keeping this rate for more than 4 weeks of event means you could have made 2,000+ New year cards in a single Event. 2,000 NYCs = 1,000% hit, which is a 750 dts worth. And you think... That wasn't enough? That's what you would get from selling 2 PGFs. Most people who farmed the PGF all the event got only one (if not zero). A couple last words, I should not even have to justify myself. NYCs have always been a risky gamble that you take. No one ever promised that they would serve godly purposes, so at least be grateful that you can redeem hit, because it could have been something worse or which you don't see the use (between mags, armor upgrades or whatever, you hardly "don't need %hit"). Now I am asking you to keep the drama away from this topic. I will not repeat. Feel free to send a PM if you want to keep arguing but save other people from reading drama here. So... did you read my post? Yes the cost "doubled", but also the cards are more than twice easier to farm than they used to be. Shall I remind how many NYCs were redeemed on the first years? 1722 NYCs were redeemed on 2018. And that included all the years prior since it was the first NYC event. Wanna know how many were redeemed during Christmas 2021? More than 5,000. And that was not even half of what dropped that year. Technically we could as well have it "1 NYC for +80 hit". But make NYC drop rates abysmal. Is that what you want? If you are going to complain about the prices, at least consider the difficulty of the drop as well if you wanna stay relevant. No one forces anyone to spend anything in the raffle. (I guess 90 hit stuff is worthless though) Excuse me? The only thing I was waiting for was Larva's approval because there is a consequent priceless rewards list. Then good, they can add 5,000 hit to their stuff. The problem remains, if old NYCs aren't used anymore, then what is the point to have them?

NEW YEAR CARDS 2023 It is now possible to redeem your New Year Cards! Some history, feel free to skip. First of all... Thanks to everyone for not asking me everyday about NYCs, I appreciate :'D (got asked 4 times on the first day but then it was relatively calm). Some of you may remember, I decided to make some use of NYC for the first time in 2018. Before that, NYC were totally useless, and the only response ever given to "What are NYC used for?" was "To wish your friends a happy new year". Since then, I've made a different event for NYCs every year. And every year, the NYCs became easier and easier to farm. This was in order NOT to make it unfair between the new players and old veterans who keep saving their NYCs from previous Christmas events. And that is also the reason why I always suggested everyone to use their NYCs as long as they see an use in it, and never think that way "Okay that's cool but I'm expecting something better next year so I will save my NYCs for now". I only did one mistake: that is the NYC drop rate on Gulgus-Gue during Christmas Event 2021. My idea was to make NYCs farmable in every level (that does not already involve an Olga Flow) but I miscalculated the top ratio of Gulgus-Gues that you can farm in a given time. So I had to nerf Gulgus-Gue drop rate by a 1.8 factor this year, and this is the only time NYC drop rate ever got nerfed (while all the other 9 NYC locations drop rates were slightly buffed). I don't know if I will keep doing NYC events every year, but in any case we'll need to empty the server of them now. Making them any easier will just result in a hassle to store your hundreds of NYCs and services prices increases. It is hard to make things balanced as it changes every year, and make it so everyone can get something cool (regarding the huge disparities between players...) instead of just the rich ones. I never expect people to actually fail, because I know how that could be frustrating to miss on a happy hour. Nerfing long time weapons has always been a touchy subject so I avoid getting into that.
