When I added the folder as an exception it still didn't work. I went in and added each individual .exe from the PSOBB folder to the exceptions list and THEN it worked.

Around 10 mins ago I withdrew some PDs (around 15 IIRC, wasn't paying too much attention) and got an error that said "Inventory limit has been reached" (DCed me) which would make perfect sense since it was at 30/30 but I already had a photon drop in my inventory. LOGICALLY, anyway, I would not have gotten an issue. But who knows (certainly not me) what the problem was. Since I have heard a lot of questionable things about the common bank, I am pretty paranoid about putting items there and so have tried to do pretty well with taking pictures of my possessions. So I went back, after the DC, and the PDs were gone. It happened on character slot 2 of my account #42152464.
