Are there ultima max stat plans? Since there might be units that I'm not aware of. Unfortunately I already ate some dfp/evp mats, as I didn't know about the higher stat caps, hopefully I can still max atp/ata, rest doesn't matter anyway. Edit, checked that second link. Very helpful!

Hello there dear ultima community! I recently joined the server with my little brother and would like to group up with some other newbies to get geared together. Silly question probably, but I'm hunting Gilchics and 3.1 is said to have 100 of those, unfortunately it wasnt said where to find it. Government quests have no number associated with them, so I couldnt check if one of those is the 3.1 Quest. Please help/Give me the name/tell me where to find it. Thanks!
