Cyane you could argue for the rate to be back to normal. Instead of running around guilt tripping people who took the rings.

The raised rate didn't effect everybody, but the new rate does. Simple as that.

Ah sorry for the down vote mass, I thought you was being selfish but I feel you now. It happened, it was awesome. And now its in the past! Also its like Armando said I saw astonishing generosity that day. New players got hooked up and everyone was really happy.

I encourage you to re-read my post. Especially the last paragraph.

If a system we have elected begins to create situations that we do not agree with, it's a shame on all of us that we don't speak up and make a change. I believe that the new Red Ring drop of 1/300 is going to make it very hard on new players to reach a point where they feel strong and competent in this game. And it's kind of a slap in the face to people who didn't get one if you think about it. People of Ultima, if you want Red Ring fixed back to the original drop rate many of us are already on your side. Here is your topic, lets put the foot down. I've got a lot of friends who would like a red ring and for a server many of us donate lots of money to keep alive, it sure feels like we're getting pushed around a little. I am very grateful for everything Larva, Kajex, Chuk, Mio, Lee and all of ultima does for us. But I feel that this is counter productive. If you agree with my perspective. Lets work together and make a change On a side note I would vote to bring back dark weapons too since new players will have to wait 8 months to use one. Most will likely come and go before ever achieving one. Many don't even find it at Christmas and it's a cool weapon I think everyone should have. Taking away access to the most fun weapons isn't the best way to get people into this game if you think about it. I will acknowledge the counter argument of economy problems I say this: While the economy is one aspect of the game, you must also respect the curve of difficulty and progress for the individual regardless of trading opportunities which are more of a "maybe" thing if you are lucky and find an exchange with another player. Economy is very alive, and yes it will grow. Eventually things will change their value in relativity to other things. However in the big picture, its all just the same routine of hunting items and exchanging. If you consider the seemingly endless climb of this game you can imagine that everyone having everything and losing interest is literally impossible. Therefore, not to fear, the game will always be interesting and you wont lose players to boredom. I can speak as one of the more accomplished players on the server and say i'm only getting started Peace and Love.

All you do is drag and drop them in the folder which is usually included in the download in a notepad file I reccommend area skins too dude! winter ep4 is amazing, winter ruins, winter temple, and upper seabed. If you google psobb skins first result pso univers or whatever. ~Good Luck

Thanks Lee that would be cool. (Though I think level 100 cell would be more than high enough to justify this change. ) I'll explain why it's backwards logic: you are defending for something to stay the same for basically no reason other than to spite me, while I am suggesting a positive improvement. Also, making it usable at level 10 wouldn't mean you cant use it at level 5. you could choose pb or not. Also @ Kolective: when I say useless I mean totally illogical. @ Fyrewolf: 45 levels of slightly faster feeding? versus making this mag like all the other ones in the game? It just doesn't add up to me.

I like this mag and I want photon blast on it to make it worth using. I'm donating for it now so case closed. Thanks for the input. Nothing to more to say to that one Choko sorry. I would label your arguments as "backwards logic."

A mag with no pb = useless. if you don't agree your head's up your a** so just rethink your argument and save me the trouble of rebutting this please. "since no other cells start anywhere near that low other than the special case elenor" Anywhere near? You can get a mag to level 50 very easily. 45 levels sooner isn't a good trade off for no PB. Plus it renders the mag useless. Also, Elenor isn't the exception. MARK3 IS THE EXCEPTION AS THE ONLY MAG WITHOUT A PHOTON BLAST.

Thanks soly I think it would be awesome. I'd also like to add that Elenor can be used at Level 10 so it's actually the fastest mag plus you get the PB at level 10.

Actually, non cell from 5 to 10 is faster than mark 3 growth and would give one photon blast so then it could build it. So its not a convenience exchange.

So i made a MARK3 mag and I love it! Suits my char perfectly. The only problem is... NO PHOTON BLAST? Sega made a huge mistake... To be cut off from photon blasts entirely? Not only does it make this mag totally inferior, it makes nobody want you in their party because you cant contribute to photon blast! Please give me a comment or up vote if think MARK3 deserves a photon blast. GMs if you're out there and you agree please, let me know if this is possible. Thanks for the support. ~ Cerv
