Do you still have arrest needle with hit available?

Is there any chance more slots will be added in the future? I read about another server, Ephinea, having a /cbank command for that. Would it be hard to implement?

We've talked about in the past. It's a possibility, but I wouldn't get your hopes up anytime soon.
