Trigunman Posted May 10, 2013 Share Posted May 10, 2013 (edited) What you're asking for is UNOBTAINIUM my good man, at best you can get a mag with the stats of: 5/150/45/0 if it's a POW mag and has all three PBs. 200 points across all 4 mag attributes is the limit, which is incidentally the max mag level. You can however create a pure POW mag with a mag cell/heart/kit with the stats of: 5/195/0/0 but you will not get any PBs like twins, estilla and so forth.
