Game crashed and missing weapon

So I was sorting my inventory while helping my friend level up and as soon as i selected the sort option the game crashed. I tried logging back in and there are now 3 items marked as X ????? and every time I try to open or select the item to discard it the game crashes again and my sange and yasha+30 40 hit 30% dark is gone =[ thats the only thing i notice missing and the biggest problem is that the game crashes every time i try to play.

my character name is Nimrod

this happened at about 3 pm arizona time

i dont know what GC# is but character slot is 2nd slot from top to bottom and time zone is UTC-7 Mountain Time

Your Guildcard number, log on and then press tab in lobby till you see a number like 4200.... over your head. Then put that number here.
