For example if you kill a nar lily and the drop rate is 7/8 or 87.5% it drops almost all the time. During happy hours with x3 drops the drop rate for nar lily is 2_5/8 or 262.5%. So therefore 2_5/8 > 1 and it will not drop. Even the rare monsters that drop 1/3 (its actually 30.03% or something like that) they should be dropping 9 out of 10 times during happy hours but they don't.
