Lost item and LV UP for rollback

Hello my name in game is Elica,because of a problem there was a recovery of the server but it made me go back to lv191, my level was 192 but it's not a big deal, the problem is that a friend of mine (Alfred) had passed me 3 very important weapons that are gone, the weapons are: angel harp and 2 others I do not remember,can you do something about it? I hope it has not all been canceled.

I'm sure your friend has the weapons back. Just contact him and ask him to see if he can help you out again.
