The price was artificially high because nearly no one had it, and even then good stat hit ones weren't like that. Also as long as the event is on, the prices will be lower. That 40 0 0 40 | 40 one is quite good though, that is a good 80-100pds(up to15dts) after the event ends. the 25hit one only like 30-40pds(5dts) after the event ends (half those prices while they are still dropping).
