Tellusis are considered the best mags because they got triple invincibility trigger : 1/10 HP, Boss, 100 PB Tellusis proc rate is 55 %, which is slightly above average (Sato by example also got triple invincibility, but only have 50 % proc rate). Also this mag gives you +10 EDK/ELT if you're using Excalibur or Hundred Souls. It is not necessary expansive. A level 200 mag go for 12-15 PDs at most, but since you need a Khama mag and a Dragon Scale in order to make Tellusis, I guess price can go up to 20-25 PDs.
