Item Drop Issues

Hi there, I was told I should post on the forums my issue.

I tried to drop five star atomizers and it gave me a connection with server message and kicked me out. When I logged back in, it listed all but two of my items as ????, the two items that were still there were two items my friend had given me just before I dropped the five star atomizers. I dropped one of my ???? items and picked it up again to see if it would respond at all, after that I logged out and back in, when I logged back in, all but one of my ???? items were gone.

My character is Ruan, ID number 42009741, it's the first slot in my chara screen, its a Purplenum.

If you can roll back my character 4 hours, I should have all the items except for the two items my friend gave me, but that's okay. It was only an Inferno Bazooka and a Trifluid.

Im sorry for the double post, but I was curious if a rollback had occurred yet, my items are still in the same condition. I still need a rollback.

I just checked it, and no it didn't.

All the info I gave is definitely my character, I thought four hours would be enough;

Can you try rolling it back 10 hours before my original post? That should be way over what is needed.

Yes! It worked. Thank you. I'm 4 levels lower than I was, but my items are back, so that's all that matters. Thank you very much!
