All my items changed!?

I was going to the Tekker to find out what the ??? Saber was I had and then it froze on me... And then when I restarted all my items became ???? and there's nothing I can do about it. All my items were starter items but I lost my Varuha that was a lvl 107 with some good ATK lvl. I tried restarting but that didn't change anything. I need help. :[

UPDATE: ...In just 10 mins after I logged in again all my ???? items that used to be something disappeared. What is going on..? :/

I think we can restore your mag and some starter weapons + some money just tell us wath items did you lost , or we can do a rollback on your account.

For the rollback thing you have to give us your Guild card number and your character slot and the desire time you want the rollback (6 hours/1 day before).

Well I didn't lose any money. It was just the Varuha w/lvl 110, Synchro 118, IQ 140, DEF 15 and ATK 95. It's PB was Pilla, Leilla, and Golla. That was the only valuable thing I had. :/ The other was the regular Varuna with lvl 10, Synchro 59, IQ 39, DEF 5 and MST 5. It's PB was Farlla.

The other stuff was really meager like Saber, Armor with 2 slots, a Barrier, 5 Monomates, a couple of Monofluids, and that's pretty much all I can think of. I rly don't mind losing the beginner stuff. Just the mags. :[ It would be greatly appreciated if I could get them back somehow.

I'd rather not rollback because I moved some items into this character. My Guild card though is 42009199 and it's the 2nd character going down, named xHikarix.

They should be in game but if you dont see them there PM one on forums.

The gm's in game have blue name and on forums they have purple name

Alrighty. Thanks for the heads-up. I guess if I can find a GM to do that, I'll choose to the rollback/

Sorry for craziness... but the rollback on my main turned out worse than not having the mag at all... I lost good frame from the rollback as well as a photon drop, a weapon, and another mag I was feeding...

It was actually at 10 PM in the night and not 10 AM in the morning that it happened. Dunno what to do. :[

Decalog

4 slot Infintry Mantle

1 Photon Crystal

Varuna with lvl 10, Synchro 59, IQ 39, DEF 5 and MST 5. It's PB was Farlla.

Nah, most of the force weapons I get are from my boyfriend because he's a Pinkal and unfortunately I became a Greenil.. The Decalog came from my boyfriend's character because he's a Pinkal. He was doing the Black Paper Deal 2 because I wanted to get the Solferino but instead he got that Decalog instead.

The Infantry Mantle was first a 2 slot armor that I found with my new character that's a Yellowboze. I found it Ep. 4 either in Hard or Normal. I forgot which. But funny thing is I found 2 of them, so I gave one to my boyfriend but his was 0 slots. So we went to Ep 2 with several Photon Drops we found and tried to get some Addslots in order to get the Infantry Mantel to have 4 slots, which we did.

The 1 Photon Crystal I found was when I was playing with my boyfriend in Ep 4 Very Hard to see if we can get any good weapons... Instead that was all we got.

The Varaha came from the Hunter I made until it became glitchy with the ????? stuff and the Varuna came from a new character I made that I didn't want anymore so I made a new one.

But yeah.. I mostly got my stuff from my boyfriend or playing a new character.
