? bugged inventory request rollback

I just started up and after logging to the servers my equipment, mag,armor/weapons were turned to ???? all except the ones at top from the screenshots below. These pics were taken immediately upon first seeing this today. I don't know when it happened until today when I first saw this. The only Character affected was only Azurestar

it I first saw this at 7:15 PM EST today friday May 16th

as far as i know it doesnt happen while ur offline

it must have been happend last time u played.

And for GMs Server time is important also for Rollback,
u must be sure that your equip was on this slot for 8 Hours before ??? bug happend or else Items will be lost
and have to be remaked/refund by GMs.

Also u must bring proof for ur lost Items with screens for the case u need GM remake them.

during how long you had the items? because rollback didnt returned them

or when exactly you had them because a two-day rollback didnt returned them and i cant be guessing forever.

It's been quite awhile since and I can't remember exactly, but It's alright can close it. I'm not worried about the lost items anymore, but I'll be sure to have pics of the items before it happens. Thanks anyways
