-extract the file with winrar or 7zip
-open the TextureManager.exe
-open for example plAtex.afs (Humar skin list) and choose the skin u want to change
-hit on the upper button on TEXTURE, then export as .dds file
-open a programm like photoshop to make the skin u want to (i recommend paint.net cause it has an build in "save as .dds")
-when u r done, save ur file as .dds format by hitting the FILE button above left
-choose a name and save as .dds
-open the TextureManager.exe and go to the skin u wanted to change
-hit TEXTURE above and choose import .dds
-hit save
-done
