Issues like that are most likely have to do with your connection I highly doubt it is a bug. Unless if you have ???? items in your bank.
Is your connection running fine doing other things other then pso ultima?

Post Guild card number (the 42000000 #) post character slot and pic please
You can find the guild card in chat logs or in game (press tab in game in lobby you will know it when you see it)

Do all of the gov quests then go to one player mode do all of the quests. Once you do that go to Dr. Osotos Research and talk to Dr. Montigue. He will change the weapons into enemy parts for you.

Rollbacks no se puede hacer para banco común. Usted tiene que tener su banco común borrado por la larva de solucionar este problema

Yeah it is a very glitchy quest...the most part through the quest is not too crazy it actually seems like a normal quest until you get to the boss...then it gets crazy...sometimes you will have people dc during the boss too
