Good Morning Everyone, Lets get directly to the point, I have decided to retire from the ULTIMA community. I have came to realization that there is no reason for me to play on this server anymore. I have 5 level 200's and 1 lvl 180. Yes I like to level up hehe. Anyways Over the past few months I have came across several factors in the community that are pushing me away and making me not want to play here any more. Some of the things that really been bothering me over the past few months are listed below: immaturity amongst community members greed ridiculous hunt time frames for certain events lacking staff activity on a daily basis lack of compatibility with the community unable to find sufficient friends that have the same interest in this server as I did unable to find a sufficient team with what my interests where peaked as These are just some of the things that are bothering me. It sucks every day when you log on that you either play solo or with a random team instead of having solid friends that share your interests and want to play with you. I have came a long way and met many cool people. The main reason I left the team I was with for over a year was because two assholes were added to the team and the team was never available for any runs with me. Yes I can respect that everyone wants good items but cant we just play to play and have a good time and split the items. Moving forward I am pretty sure everyone is wondering what I am going to do with my items on my account. I was thinking that maybe I can just have a raffle or give them to a GM or something to distribute out to people in need but then. Either way someone is getting rich at my expense. Please note I do not want to quit playing on this server but I am at the point where I feel I have been pushed into a corner alone and have no reason or motivation to log on anymore. Its not cool logging onto a server full of members and yet have none of them even want play with you unless it benefits them directly. Anyways enough of my jibbering, I will be opening random games throughout the weekend to distribute my items amongst select people and after Sunday at 11:59 PM EST I will be logging off and uninstalling the game from all my computers. You didnt steal because you were caught in the act blinding by your own self arrogance. There is a different between me and you, We are both assholes in each others eyes and regardless what you or I say to one another the other person is always wrong. This is why I have parked my response for now plus I have information from a staff member to stand down for now until their investigation is complete.

You are right but I am a strategist and I dont settle because someone has a difference of opinion regardless if PSO logic or not. The sad result of this topic is that this is not a judgement or real life it is the internet and aslong as there is a computer between two people there will always be drama or ethugs around the world, As I have said in the past ethernet verbage doesnt have any meaning if the person cannot address this in the same scenario in real life. The problem here is that some of us understand the system better than others and the drama starts because of politics that are not being recognized by new users. This is a simple case of user stupidity at its finest. Before starting to play on the Ultimate server or any private server for that matter, a new user//member should review the rules and regulations so they are aware incase anything like this should happen. It shouldnt be the other way around where the user plays until they are in a situation and expect to implement rules of their own when server side rules are in place and enforced. This all comes down to what is right and was is just and in this situation this may not be right through #500John perception but through my eyes and the communities eyes this is just and is respected. I am sorry #500john but you are fighting a losing battle. Just have to be honest with you, I have alot more dirt on you than you will ever know. When I put up a battle I only battle if I know I will win and in this scenario unless you can provide proof otherwise and supplement a different prospective to your case, then I say you fail. Yet again I am not sure why you are rambling on knowing that you are fighting a losing battle. P.S. - I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR RESPONSE TO THIS SO I CAN CONTINUE TO DESTROY YOU IN THIS DEBATE.

Now I have listed these on a list and save in a note pad format from my records. Some of these are previously listed on the forums but some are from pm's sent directly to GM's. 1. GC: 42156777 - Katarina ( Also disrespected the hunt when I was hunting Hylian shield during triforce event ) Topic : http://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php/topic/23729-hylian-shield-stolen/ Both the same person according to the MAC info supplied via the user connection. One thing I am very good at is my real life job as a network engineer. Tracking packets from its source is my day job and my CCNA backs this aspect up. Both of the above listed guild numbers are related to this user and in regards to this users actions in the past. This user was previously banned for hacking under one of the guild numbers listed above. Regardless thats evidence for me not to play with the user. If a GM requires MAC reverse tables and etc from the network raw I can supply those but only via pm because it would reveal my work vpn aswell where I originally pulled this information on my work PC. Regardless of the situation this is unacceptable in my opinion. This user oaughta thank their god that I am not in charge of discipline on this server. This is proof enough that the poster of this topic has a big disregard for the rules of the ultima server and will obviously continue to push the limits with no remorse. At this time I am going to let this be my final post in this thread because I have proven my point and possibly secured a ban for the user that posted this topic.

I am the player the poster is talking about. X is my fomar and the host of this room that 500john posted the log from. The problem is he didnt post the log from beginning as I have. also this player is on my do not hunt with list because he has burned me in the past.

I am not that guy ray and everyone that knows me knows that I am a prick from time to time but I always respect the rules of this server and the request of other players hunts my credibility is not worth this guys deception. If this player made a new account and has not committed their previous crimes or offenses then I respect they changed but if they come back just to ignore community rules and regulations I do not support that. no because it was not announced or anything so its free game. The hunt has to be announced by room creator and any and all who join need to respect it and if they cant then they can leave. I have joined many rooms where others have been hunting items and respected the hunt. Ask anyone who plays with me has played with me,

I will not reread your first post because this topic is just a disagreement if right or wrong in my opinion. You are in disagreement with server rules because you want things to be the same way they were from that terrible schtack server or whatever. This is not the first time you have caused trouble in a game and no matter how anyone explains it to you, you will always believe that if it drops its yours. I remember having issues with you when I was hunting HYlians during the Triforce event, its obvious that you know the rules but yet you feel the need to purposely join games and attempt to ninja an item. Well as I stated in game if the hunt is announced and has been acknowledged via public room or private room and you decide to take the so called "HUNT" item then that is considered Item stealing and you can be prosecuted in compliance with Ultima Server rules and regulations.
