    Playing pso on a Chromebook?

    I was wondering if this is possible. I tried to download it and I got a message "UltimaPsOBB_3.3.exe This file is designed for a PC using Windows software. This is not compatible with your device which runs Chrome OS. Please search the Chrome Web Store for a suitable replacement app." I don't know crap about Chromebooks. I'd appreciate any advice thanks :onion107:

    I've had a lot of good times on this server. People are really nice, and I've enjoyed hunting with the friends I've made. A couple times that really stood out was when I had just started out and I was playing with my roommate. We had level 200 FOmars (Triforcer and Break) join our games at different time, when we were just hunting random mid level items and leveling up. They joined our hunt and gave us some very awesome free stuff that we still have today as well as giving us helpful advice. It was crazy seeing how powerful a level 200 character is. It was especially cool since they were both FOmar, which is a class that didn't get as much attention on the Gamecube nor does it get as much attention on this server. It's stuff like that which lets me know I'm probably never quitting this game.

    The more I think about it, the more instances I remember of people doing nice things. I'll never forget people's kindness on this server. It's very impressive :onion-head11:

    Does Yellowboze have a higher chance of finding weapons with hit on episode 2 on this server? I've read that a few times for the original game. At that point it would probably be best to hunt MKB and Zanba with yellowboze.
    Also, would it be possible to solo Point of Disaster with a FOmarl on ultimate? If so, what are some gear recommendations?

    Level:     Various. Highest level is 184 all characters I use are in my signature

    Character Class: All forces and hunters except the humar (I plan to get them all to level 200)

    Back Story:
    Well I started on the gamecube like many people. I played with many friends irl. Mostly just my friend Malik. We would both play HUmar. He was around level 110 and I was around 118, I also had a FOnewm around 120. We had multiple memory cards and many many characters. Overall I spent over 500 hours on the GC. My best gear was stuff like demolition comet, Asuka (was so happy when it finally dropped), Red handgun, guard wave, god/hp, and many mags. Rati was the main one I used. We stopped hanging out as much, so we didn't play pso for awhile. Years later, my roommate's friend came over with pso and put it in my friends Wii when my memory card was in. He was in amazement when he saw all the stuff I had. My roommate wanted to get into the game as well and when researching it, he kept asking "What is blueburst?" So after looking around for awhile, I came upon this amazing website and I couldn't be happier c: My roommate and I got into it at the same time. I always like using force and hunter characters and he used rangers. The ultima community is amazing. Everyone is so kind, it completely exceeded my expectations, and I'm still in amazement; especially when I see people do things like what you're doing. So far I've put 451 hours and 54 minutes into this server I expect to put many more hours in. I'm sure it would be more if I didn't work two jobs and have school. Dark flow is the item that I want more than anything else in the game because it's like the bread and butter for hunters. I feel like hunters are the most difficult to use characters and therefore are the most intriguing. I plan on playing this game for many years to come, and kill thousands and thousands of enemies with dark flow :P As things are right now, I have a bit of trouble soloing certain bosses. Force characters have trouble soloing bosses like Olga Flow, and Gal Gryffon especially. A hunter with Dark Flow can make up for that (being that I don't plan on using rangers). I've used Force characters more on the Ultima server, but if I had Dark Flow I know I would use Hunters a lot more.

    Nessly's the only force ive ever seen solo a TTF and with a fonewm .

    its definitely not impossible to solo episode 2 with a force , it would just take a very long time to do it .

    still , i agree with all this.

    I've solo'd ttf with a FOnewm. It took me like an hour and some scape dolls. Dark Falz is the really hard part.

    Forces are my favorite class, especially male forces. If I knew Godrics cloak was broken I never would've made a FOmar in the first place. There's no point. I think the fonewm should be able to use Godrics cloak too (if/when it gets fixed), I know it wouldn't make sense with the description, but he really needs it too. I would donate money to server to see this happen :o it would also be nice to get a nice gun for the male forces. Like if L&K 38 got unlocked then only usable only by male forces. Or just make a new item that looks and acts like L&K but is different in a few ways. I was ecstatic to see Rico's Parasol. It's a manly, well designed buff for male forces :P Hunting for it was fun too ^^ I look forward to more male force support since they're my favorite class in the game.

    something i thought of yesterday. it would be cool and useful to have a /roll command for when hunting items in a party. example would be 3 people are in a room and a rare drops that they all want. each one would type /roll and it would display a random number (maybe 1-100) and the one with the highest number gets the rare. improvising this would cut down on the amount of camping at the drop location, resolve any arguments about said item, and ensure everyone has a fair chance of getting the item regardless of internet connection speed.

    This would encourage me to play in teams more. I like the idea. Although there's no guarantee people would agree to a roll.

    Raid on Central Tower?

    I've been wanting to try this quest ever since I heard about it, but I know it's very difficult, and I wanted to make sure my characters were sufficiently leveled, and well equipped for it. My two high level characters right now are a FOmarl (lv.175) and a FOnewm (lv.173), they both have high level techs including level 30 support spells, and the equipment I have is:

    I've never played the quest so I'm not exactly sure what to expect. Does it seem like I'm ready? What should I be hunting for? I've been trying to get SoF with hit recently, but I'm still working on that. Among what I have, what should I bring if I do try it, and with which class? I'll be on pso for almost all of tomorrow (Tuesday) so if anyone wants to try this quest with me that would be great thanks :)

    Hunting Tips?

    Excalibur is good to hunt for. Well generally the best quest for fighting Dorphons is MA4DMD, but a level 125 HUcaseal will have some trouble surviving in that quest. Make sure you have some decent guns. Charged Raygun, Charged Vulcan, Hell Raygun and Last Swan are good options. Make sure they have hit if possible. Using the unit SMARKLINK can also come in handy. Confuse traps will come in handy. Weapons will Demon or Arrest specials will help kill Dorphons quickly.

    Since you're skyly, you could also hunt for red sword/chain sawd by playing ultimate caves. I bet either of those swords would help you.

    The cool thing about hunting lame, is that you can get daylight scar, cent/ability, BLUE ODOSHI VIOLET NIMAIDOU and Vivienne at the same time all of which could be helpful for a HUcaseal.
