I tried again Right now And it still disconnects

I tried twice and it still disconnects when i try to get it out I don't know what to do.

GC:42097925. Two days ago i stored my mag on the common bank so my other char could get it but every time i try to take it out the game disconnects over and over again.( I worked really hard to raise that mag im not going to lose it >.>)
