It’s not about whose ideas they are because it’s not like they’re novel. Oh Ultima bringers is broken? It should be fixed.
It’s about the fact you would’ve never had the permission to do all this busy work had I not gotten larva to acknowledge and agree to let any of these changes happen. You can pretend that I sent him only one message and that it wasn’t a longer semi-argumentative conversation.
None of that list happens without me slightly butting heads with Larva. I’m glad you filled out the spread sheets though. I’m sure no one else could do that
.
Now if you want to argue that any of you could have gotten his attention + approval then lol idk

FOmarl needs to be in its own F tier. It’s unanimously undoubtedly just the worst class in this game.
Also maybe it feels weird to put FOmar in S, but maybe on Ultima it really is that much better than FOnewmn?
What could be more interesting though… by episode / by area with respect to solo / multi. This really falls apart when you start to ask what’s the best solo in crater? Spaceship? Jungle? Ruins?

Probably cause I’m one of the few people here that pay attention to PSO as a whole rather than only the literal tiny bubble that Ultima is.Most players here have sub 1000 hours on this game and literally 0 hours on a server that is clearly doing things right.
You probably have no idea that I recently attempted to lead a community driven overhaul plan because I am one of the few people larva will reply to via personal messages. That plan included ideas that main “pillars” of the community and ALL GMs thought were valid. Of course it was stomped out at the top, but most folks here don’t even know what they don’t know on a list like that because they’re only privy to Ultima which at this point is nearing 7 years behind the times.

happy hours need to go and are part of the reason no one plays regularly and generally have moved to other servers
regarding another ship… if not even the most populated server with like 30x more active players can actually sustain a classic mode / new ship no shot we could

I remember when there was extra staff that understood the game, had connections with other devs, and generally cared for server quality.
Too bad he was removed by a loud minority that wants a lot for Ultima but has no ability to act on it.

Went ahead and took down all the TA sites as well with it's downfall. There is no way to find the current strats or records easily. Also dismantled all the calculators and automatic game state trackers. Ultima has been long, but it is time.

I think some how everyone here is wrong.
Unlocked LK is a REALLY strong weapon. It would outclass SS in a lot of situations.
It would not put SS out of use. The weapon already one shots a lot more creatures than any of you seem to be familiar with.
Serene Swan will always shoot fast than equivalent combos on LK though. Sometimes you need more than LK H but less than LK HH and that’s where SS slots in. There’s a lot of situations where either of these things may be true.
At this point Ultima has so many broken things that I don’t see how LK unlock really changes much.
You guys should all test these items a bit more to understand though.

LK is literally a ranged DF lol.
Here are two videos of gameplay that can be replicated 1:1 on Ultima except for Dark Falz in the second video that show plenty of optimal LK use.
Lastly, here is a video that shows how powerful unlocked LK is a bit.

Yes… to be pedantic, as is it’s literally impossible to play “1P”. This could totally be addressed though.
I don’t care about these pedantries though. You can play alone in CM in a pretty reasonable manner if you want to. End of story.
