allow me to answer vypor you download the skin place in the data file (like most other character skins) and it should come up with a pop up error saying something along these lines; "The file 'sonicskin' already exists would you like to replace current file?" along with a bunch of options - hits fastwards for about half an hour- when you start the game up and make your character and enter the /NPC -number- command for sonic you will appear using the sonic skin BUT you will appear as the skin that you placed in your data folder in the PSOBB folder..... so you will appear as shadow along with all other users who are using sonic npc command, the same goes for all npc commnads and npc skins, this will explain why all Red Ring Rico appear the same as my Ranger Ayame, and all Elly Person users will appear the same as my previously used Elly character.

New skins ^w^ Agastya skin: just a change of apperance from the normal Agastya mag apperance to be a base color of black with red/orange trim and the photon light to be white. Other just use n00b talk "shifta plzzzzzzzz" again not gonna happen maybe a more understandable appraoch "shifta please" will get you a buff allowing you to live longer. lesson 2; always say thank you: High levels will never (ok maybe be not never but some of them won't) unless you say "thank you", yeah i know shortening is fast but it lacks manners and curtsy towards your support player "thx, thnx, thanx," are some ways not to thank your supporter "thank you, ty, tyvm and thanks" are ones that people enjoy more, preferably "thanks and thank you" follow these 2 lessons and remember to use understandable english and maybe you might make a few friends that will gladly help you out when you need some help @.@
