My questions are regarding hacking and connecting, so that i can avoid problems in the future. - Can i enter the server using a old version of the game even if it's just for chat, version i'm talking about is pso ver.2 for pc as all i need is th ip. - If it's possible, would hacking be alowed, because i often test a few things, i want to know if i have to disable them in order to enter the server, like using a npc skin, using oversized mags, using a different lvl (used to enter higher difficulties, online only). My point is not to hack because even if i was interested on that in pso pc i could do it on another server or even offline, but if it's a requirement here then i need to go offline and check wich hacks are active because i don't keep track of wich hacks are active. But like i said, if it's a requirement i will make sure to turn them off. If i can join then i will happily check the enviroment and chat a little, i could switch to pso bb but i'm not in the mood to play that game, i only use it to recover some data from the game. I mainly use PSO PC to walk around all the servers i can, having to update and use PSO BB just to enter here would be a waste (but i may consider as a possibility) Why would i play pso just for chat? because i play offline on the dreamcast atm, going online and chat is a nice way to relax and complement the gameplay. Either way, i think this is a nice clean forum that i wouldn't mind to join, i wish no harm and if there is anything i can help then i will do whatever i can. Larva Posted July 17, 2009 Share Posted July 17, 2009 Welcome K_I_R_E_E_K .. are you the K_I_R_E_E_K from Ragol.co.uk ? and abut the pso pc,, sorry but this server is not compatible with the pso pc, so you wont be able to connect with pso pc nor GC. and about hack, lol another no .. we dont allow hacks at all. not even dressing room. you are always welcome to come and talk and play make some friends , anything,, wherever you want to do , that don't involve hacks xD have fun in ultima , any thing you need tell us. Well, thing is this server is populated enough for me to join and for once i will be able to understand what ppl say (unlike certain servers were the primary languange is japanese) I may upgrade and download your version of pso bb to connect here, being so you don't need to worry about hacks as i will hang in the lobby all the time. Considering i already play PSO on another platform then playing PSO BB is out of the question so i will basicly just hang around and chat, i believe i will always be lvl 1 in PSO BB. Thanks for the replies, i find this forum refreshing compared to other server's forums. Btw, another question, can i post pictures of PSO not related to this server or BB? Azeras Posted September 3, 2009 Share Posted September 3, 2009 (edited) just to open up ur options u could try out the schtserv, they allow pc pso, GC, DC versions to connect, they allow hacking of the older pso but not bb as bb causes system crashes but pso ver 1&2 dont, pso for pc is ver 2 there isnt a ver 1 of the pc version just the dreamcast version, i dont think there are many who play at a time on the older ones but boy it brings back memories of the dreamcast days. im talking about 4 pple at a time? as for talking on it lol ur more than likely to hit some A holes on ur way :z, if u look hard enough u can find files that u can easily host ur own server. i have downloaded the pso for pc but for some reason my upload is capped at 5kb/s? i should get 200 at least.
