Two Bugs: Character Bank, and Adept revert

Bugged out, shame; lost a couple of PDs, but not a huge deal.

To be clear - please delete JUST the COMMON BANK, nothing else. My character bank is fine, screwed up the topic title.

Another thing - my ADEPT has reverted back to a LIMITER, and I cannot unseal the limiter (even though, conceivably, I got 20,000 kills). I'd like to make sure my limiter isn't bugged, and that getting all of these kills isn't for naught, or if possible to just replace it with an Adept. The item is, and will remain, at slot 6 in my character inventory.

Found the proof of the Limiter unseal screwup - here's a picture with option to unseal it:

After quitting and saving, I come back and it's a limiter again.

I've seen GM's and admins on the forums and there are like a million help requests, all of which are unfulfilled.

What does a person need to get attention around here?

I've since gotten 24,000 kills with it - it's just deciding to straight up not unseal.

As for the common bank, when do you think I can expect it to be reset?
