Returning player; main's personal bank is empty except for 1 sol atomizer. Where to put ticket?

I'm trying to see if there is a GM that can review my character and see if something unusual is happening. I really can't fathom that last I played I'd have emptied my character bank account, but have the shared bank and other characters holding items.  My character inventory might also have been empty of all but equipped items.

 

I can't seem to find a place to put a ticket to have such an action eventually looked into.
