dillo64
Can the Launcher save login info? So I don't have to go to Register my User ID every time I start/switch characters and have to retype my name/password? I think I read somewhere it's supposed to save automatically.... Sorry if this has come up, couldn't find it in any searches, I'm a new player. Link to comment
Kendow
Click "Options" in the launcher. In the first tab you should have a box to check "Save credentials". Next time you log into the game the launcher should save your info. You can also save multi account info and then use the dropdown menu in the middle of the launcher to switch between those accounts. Hope this helps Edited May 15, 2019 by Kendow 5 Link to comment
dillo64
Where is this options menu though? I thought this was the launcher: Or is the Launcher a different program? There's nothing here for "options". EDIT: I looked in the files and there's a file called Launcher.exe.old that my computer doesn't know how to open. I'm using Windows 10. Weird. Kendow
Yeah , this is not the actual launcher, this is psobb.exe Dis you try to install the new launcher in your Ultima PSOBB folder ? https://www.phantasystaronline.net/forum/index.php?/downloads/ Your "Launcher.exe.old" won't launch , you either need to remove the .old or just install a new launcher from the link ^ Once done, run the launcher as admin. dillo64
Okay I downloaded the Launcher and now I have a new problem. My Antivirus doesn't' want me to run it. I use Webroot. Not sure if I should just ignore it or not. Says its Malware. Is this a common occurrence? Should I just try to run it? Link to comment
Kendow
It's a false positive. You should add the entire ultima folder to your AV ignore list, just incase Remove that .old file Edited May 16, 2019 by Kendow 1 Link to comment
