Tutankhamen3 Posted April 24, 2018 Share Posted April 24, 2018 (edited) wow this sucks, this is my first time installing psobb and my game won't run. after the sega logo it just stops, no pop ups no nothing. is it because im using windows 10? or because i did something wrong when im installing the game? i installed it with the full installer. can someone help me please? What size is your game folder? game folder size is 850 MB i just tried installing the offline version and it works, maybe i need some kind of patch? Maybe I misunderstood what you said with doesn't work back then... Did the launcher download the updates correctly? You could try running as admin if you haven't (I suppose you already did). Maybe you can copy the offline version into the installation of ultima and run the launcher so it updates the required files then launch from the launcher as well. Maybe if it doesn't work, then you can try this: Opening regedit.exe Go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SonicTeam\ Right click SonicTeam in the tree view and delete it.
