Here is the quests that i did: Government: 1-1 to 3-3 (Unlocked Ruins) Main Quests: (in recomended PSO-World order - they are finished, i can't redo) Battle Training Claiming a Stake Magnitude of Metal Secret Delivery ------------ {Here i think i screw it up because i didn't know that i had to unlock Ruins to Secret Plan's shows up} Dr. Osto's Research Unsealed Door ------------ Doc's Secret Plan ------------------------ My problem is: I can't go talk to Montague because i can't go to that quests that i already finished, UNLESS if i do ALL quests (the only solution i heard) Is that the only solution?
