Wondering if anyone knows someone or others who play this game with Windows 10 because it keeps crashing after launcher on my sisters computer... i use Windows 7 still so I dunno what to do to make it work. Mieu Posted June 26, 2016 Share Posted June 26, 2016 I have also had this issue a few weeks ago when an update was pushed. For the life of me I couldn't figure out what the issue was and the event logs didn't give me any hints as well. To be honest, the easiest way I got it to work again ... uninstall or delete the current version that you are using and reinstall from the 4.0 installer. I did this and have no issues since. I am also a multi-logger. This happened to me on Windows 10, 7 and XP. Sure, it was a pain in the ass to redownload and reinstall the game, but it worked and have not had any issues since.
