I found this and was attempting to play but didn't like the keyboard controls. I found my old 3 in 1 gamecube/ps2/xbox adapter and got my gamecube controller hooked up. After messing around with the mappings I've gotten it to recognize every button the way I'd like with one problem. My character is unable to run. I can hold the analog stick and my character walks but never runs. While using WASD on the keyboard allows me to run just fine. I've dug around all the available options and don't see any solutions. If anyone has experience with this issue I'd love some advice. Using official nintendo gamecube controller, a 3 in 1 magic joy box adapter with tigergame xbox+ps2+gc game controller adapter software if it helps. Oddly enough playing smash bros melee on dolphin recognizes my character walking at half tilt and running at full tilt so I feel like it's more an issue with psobb instead of my drivers. serverus Posted January 25, 2016 Share Posted January 25, 2016 well, connect the adapter to por 00 of the usb if u dont know whats the port 00 chek ur motherboard manual or use a program, then in the adapter dont connecnt other controll ps2 or xbox so ur windows will detetec the GC controll as main control, hope this can help u.
