I lost 101 levels :O

Well I haven't played for about a year and I wanted to play again... I logged on and everything was fine, I was level 102. Then I had to go clean so I exited it and logged back in to see I was lvl 1 O_O Oh and I went to change the look of my character right before my character became lvl 1 again.

Are you sure you're not selecting "recreate" on the char selection screen?

February 5th would be a good date, I guess. And yeah I'm quite positive I'm not pressing the recreate button.
