the chat box keeps opening and staying open and i cant press the keys to move cause they just type it in the box

Pressing the space bar opens the chat. Hit Enter to close it. You might want to use custom key settings to avoid needing to use keys that are too close to the space bar, or perhaps change your hand position on the keyboard to avoid accidentally bumping the space bar.

I've found that the easiest set up for me is to reset the movement to the arrow keys, and the action buttons to the A, S, D, and F keys; the way my hands curve arcs right over the space bar perfectly. You might need to experiment a bit to see what works best for you, though.

F11 locks the chat open so you don't have to press space to open chat. Perhaps it was stuck on that. Try hitting F11 again to disable it, and most likely you should be able to move again.

thx that was the problem cause i pressed f12 to go to the menu each time and i musta hit f11
