Because unless I'm mistaken, you're pretty much stuck with a zeroed out Master Raven like the rest of us via that quest. And no, you can't donate for one either it seems... But I'd love to be proven wrong and learn of a new way to acquire one with better stats, via a monster drop of course for example. Anyway, good luck with that Kingy...
