In case you didn't read my reply in your other post:

Just ran a virtual run of a mag with your above stipulations for the Kama mag in Mag Farm v.0.9 and I'm here to say you'll be waiting a LONG time for a mag like that. Rangers and Hunters who can create the mag will both run into the problem as well, you have to have the mag's mind the highest stat at lvl 35 to get twins and this means your def will increase too.

Just ran into this similar problem recently trying to get Garudas with all three PBs, you have to have it's mind the highest stat at lvl 35 to get twins at all. So far I've been able to keep the mind and def to 10 and 11 respectively to achieve what I wanted.

In short Vazerty, you need to go hit up the mag charts and run the Mag Farm program to see what is feasible to achieve the mag you want, because what you want and what is possible are sometimes two very different things. Good luck!
