Guildcard: 42146271 Character Slot: 2 (Alexis) Date/Time: 22/12/2015 - 23:45 Central America time Description: I was transferring some items with a friend (named Virec) and after all the items were in my character's inventory, I suddenly got disconnected; when I logged back into the room, my ADEPT was gone. I've never seen this happen before in all the hours I've played this game. Can you please help me get it back? Comments: Virec was there as well and he can also verify this happened.

I've been having a strange problem, and it doesn't seem to happen all the time (around 50%-75% of the time though). While fighting Dark Falz in his 3rd form, when he gets to the point after taking enough damage and right before he would start the Soul Steal move cycle (for the first time) he moves to the upper area to begin casting and I crash before he sends his homing shots. It has been fairly consistent and don't know if it has something to do with my files, Falz himself, or something within the PTS/TTF/or other quest that causes it to crash (happens more often in PTS, did PTS a lot even before the halloween event as well and had issues then). It is less consistant on standard runs without a quest, but still fairly common in TTF and other quests that have you fight Falz. If Falz completes the first cycle in the Soul Steal move, it has no issues beyond that and continues normally. Did a reinstall, same issue. I can deal with it, however it is very frustrating. I made a single player room for Ep.4 Ultimate and turned on my common bank. Accepted "Pioneer Spirit" and grabbed the NPCs, then remembered my Striker in the bank. Walked over and withdrew it and it was gone. Not in my inventory and no longer in the bank. Yesterday, I lost an Angry Fist and a Varista in the same manner but decided I'd just get new ones since they weren't too hard to get. - Dropped my hylian for Fakis. - Went to pick up his 99 pds, (had one in my inventory T-T). - Number over max error: = DC'ED. - Came back in the room, nothing on the ground. Dced again without touching anything but awsd. - Remade room , Fakis drops pds again and asks for hylian. Side note: Tweek was in the room. It's possible one of them picked it up. If you want to scan: Tweek (42005165) and Fakis (42113422). Note that Fakis has another hylian for the time being. It is not the one we lost. If Fakis has 2 hylians then one of them is the lost one. Since he dropped me the pds at will I know he was not trying to scam me. Please return my hylian! If this isn't good enough, I will need a rollback please. hope to hear back.
