Not a bug it was because the server had a rollback because of somehackers giving out hacked items. dont expect your level back and its not that hard u can get that in like 2 mins

Yes but we are just about to loose some of that valueable exp with this rollback.

We will lose more than level for example people may have just got rare items, maybe they even spent a whole day just leveling there mag so please consider all of these + more i havent even thought about.
