@Martikush is there by chance a way to remove all the crazy numbers to the left of the items name/stats? If not all good, just wasnt sure if there was a setting for it somewhere.

Ive seen some screens recently where people have functional item readers and I followed the forum to a T on how to install the add ons folder, etc. I can get every reader to work except the item reader. get the screenshot that I attached here. Any help or link to one that works would rock! for the record I have no other add ons, mods, or even skins active at the moment, just this reader.
