  1. you're very welcome!! I'm glad you like the time and effort I put into making these music packs for us in the community. I'm glad you like it! Also, it's finished and posted to this very forum, I mentioned you in the comment of the post. Hope you like it!
  2. @MBogdanovic94 This one is for you!! and to properly thank you for your compliments, THANK YOU!!! I'm glad to make beautiful content for us all to enjoy!
  3. Hello my friends!!! It's finished!! I got the FFVII Rebirth Album just a few days ago, listened to it, fell in love with it - and made this music pack with that music. I love making music packs for all of us to enjoy, I really do! As I stated in my previous post where I gave you a snippet of my creative process, I was faced with a rather difficult conundrum this time around as the vast majority of the music I used in this music pack DID NOT repeat... like at all..... what do you do when the music doesn't repeat thus making your job a LOT more difficult? Well, it came down to a lot of trial and error and testing on the title screen .... I will admit - there are 2 tracks that I couldn't loop like normal so I kept the beat, counted it out correctly and just looped it with similar elements. For Weapon's Cry it worked out just grand, for the Materia Guardian music on Gol Dragon - the cut is a little bit.... ummm the first time you hear it, it may be a bit jarring, but that track for Gol Dragon is nearly 8 mins of music - and while it may sound jarring when the cut happens, it's actually really cool... it's battle music right, and the beat stays pretty constant throughout the whole track, all I did was mess with the chord progression just a bit - but once you hear it a 2nd time, it won't sound bad - it'll sound really cool. There are just not enough good things I can say about the music of FFVII-Rebirth - it's just INCREDIBLE!!! It truly is the evolution of CLASSICAL MUSIC at it's FINEST!!! Classical music is very structured, and when it's done correctly, it tells stories as you play it. As I was listening to the album for the first time, I was hearing the stories that the music was conveying, and because of that, I crafted a most beautiful story with the music and put it into PSO. Let me elaborate, yeah? One thing I noticed with this album, is that Sephiroth's taint just runs through almost every single piece of music - which makes for some really cool combinations - like Aerith's Theme and Sephiroth's Theme combined into one. The game opens with Hero music, but this is Hero Sephiroth music and while it sounds grand and works really well for the title screen, it just has that bit of One-Winged Angel in it in places, all while being heroic and majestic is Sephiroth's twisted way - but the story - anyway - in the ruins, a place of monsters, aliens, and just overwhelming evil, the music reflects that - and just expels gobs and gobs of soul-crushing darkness and then in the midst of all that darkness, it goes into heroic battle music like it's telling you, "You're the warriors of light - you're going to send all these monsters straight to hell." It's just soooooo good. I have to be honest - as I was nearing the end of the creation process, I was stuck on what to put for the Principal's Office area on Pioneer 2.... please don't freak out - but I put a beautifully haunting piece written in Phrygian that does this QnA bit between flutes and oboes over and over again - almost like an argument in parliament, or congress, or a senate - back and forth across the aisle, back and forth - but because it's written in Phrygian, it just has this off-kilter quality to it, almost like it's asking the question - "can you really trust anything the government does?" I know, I know - that like asking "meaning of life" stuff - but I just thought that was too juicy not to put in the Principal's Office. I honestly cannot believe how amazing and beautiful and gorgeous and fucking cool this music is! As something new for this music project for PSO - I recorded a video showcasing 98% of the music pack - only because there are 4 tracks I can't show off because of randomness or needing 2 people to do it - but everything except battle mode and the two special encounters I show off in this video - and yes, this is the first time I've cut music for Battle Mode - there were just so so so very many tracks that were beyond incredible that I wanted to include in this music pack. So, for your viewing pleasure, here's the music pack demonstration! For this music pack, I used the following pieces from the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth - Special Edit Version Album to make this project Menus TITLE: Title “The War Hero Sephiroth” ADVR: Character Select "Chadley's Theme CHARA: Character Creation “The Grasslands – A New Journey" Pioneer 2 CITY: Pioneer 2 “Costa del Sol – Fun in the Sun” MEDICAL: Hospital “Lifestream – Fonts of Knowledge” SHOP: Stores “On Our Way – Sense of Kalm” GUILD: Hunter’s Guild “Sanctuary” SOUTOKU: Principal’s Office “Follow the Black Robes – Mythril Mines” LABO: Lab “Another Buster Sword” Areas slbgm_forest: Forest 1 & 2 “Toward Mount Nibel” slbgm_cave: Caves 1, 2, & 3 “Weapon’s Cry” slbgm_machine: Mines 1 & 2 “Prison Break” slbgm_ancient: Ruins 1, 2, & 3 “Mako Overdose” slbgm_ruin: Temple Alpha / Beta “Let’s Go, Mount Corel!” slbgm_space: Spaceship Alpha / Beta “Assassination Attempt – Fugitive at Large” slbgm_seabed: Seabed 1 & 2 “Revival of the Black Materia” Bosses DRAGON: Dragon “Main Theme of FFVII – Battle Edit” DELO: De Rol Le “Midgardsormr" VOL_OPT1: Vol Opt phase 1 “Anuran Suppressor” VOL_OPT2: Vol Opt phase 2 “Crimson Mare Mk. In your PSOBB folder you'll find a DATA folder, and in that DATA folder you'll find a folder called OGG. *****MAKE A COPY OF THAT OGG FOLDER******* Rename the copy of the folder to something like Music Backup so if you ever want to go back to original PSO music, the files are there and untouched. Then, click this link for the music pack: https://www.mediafire.com/file/15jlg6ebblnxrpi/FF7Rebirth_PSO.zip/file Download the Zipped folder of the FFVII Rebirth Music (there are 40 .ogg files plus one .pdf of the track listing) After you download the Zipped file, right-click it and say "EXTRACT HERE” This will uncompress the folder and give you access to all the .ogg files inside. Now, select all the .ogg files and copy them over into the OGG folder in the Ultima-PSOBB/data directory. When your computer asks if you would like to REPLACE all the files SAY YES! this will change the music of your game to the music listed above! If you would like me to make special music for you - just let me know - I'm always happy to help. Cheers! -Z
  4. It should be done sometime tomorrow - been cutting music all day today, and I'm pooped...
  5. Allo! and if you ask if I said hello, I'm going to quote Labyrinth and say, "No, I said 'allo' but that's close enough" in a British accent... 😃 lol I'm currently cutting music from FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH that's right - the 2nd game in the Remake Trilogy. Let met just give you a snippit of this process. When I first learned how to cut music from the game, @Fyrewolf5 told me that it's best to use music that repeats - that's the easiest - doesn't matter what the track sounds like, if it repeats, it's super easy to cut into the game. That has served me well for all the music packs I have made thus far..... However, a new question has popped up during this process...... what happens if the music is just beyond anything you can imagine for beauty, awesomeness, and sooooo damn cool BUT it doesn't repeat....... like AT ALL...... what do you do then?? I've thought a lot about that as I've been cutting music... do i just fade out and back in and just play whole tracks over again with a teeny pause in the music....... I tried that.... HATED IT.... For those of you who have enjoyed my music packs over the years... I can't believe that it's 2024 already, and almost 1/3 over... gad - May 1 is next Wednesday..... crazy And I made my first Music Pack in 2022... so, for the last two years that you've been enjoying my music, would you say that the reason it sounds so good is because 1: I use high quality music to start the process of cutting into the game, and 2: I always, and I mean ALWAYS make my cuts sound seamless, perfect, so when you're in game, the music just goes on and on and on and on and on and you never can tell where the music repeats because the cuts are basically invisible? Wouldn't you say that's why you guys love my music packs? Well, what do you do when the music is beyond amazing, you want it in the game in this very specific spot BUT CRIPES, IT DOESN'T REPEAT!!!!! What do you do when you want to deliver that super high quality that people expect from you??? That's the question I've been dealing with during this process... Let me just say this.... It's going to take me a couple maybe 3-4 days to finish this pack - could be longer. But, I promise you this: This music pack is going to be so fricken amazing with music from VII REBIRTH, it's going to have wonderful seamless cuts, and it's going to sound so good, you won't be able to tell where I put my cuts in - even in music that doesn't repeat.... I solemnly swear that to you now. I'll post the pack once it's finished, and @MBogdanovic94 I know how much you love Final Fantasy VII... I think you're going to love this new music pack with music from Rebirth. Also, for everyone else..... What would you guys think - once the Remake Trilogy is complete, and I have the soundtrack from the 3rd game in the remake project - What would you think if I made a Music Pack using music from all three games, and kind of a "The Best of Final Fantasy 7 Remake Trilogy?" Would you guys like that, for me to use music from the WHOLE TRILOGY of FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE? Lemme know in the comments, or message me here on the forums. Cheers! -Z
  6. That seems like an inordinate amount of work....I think I'll just stick to making music packs and if I need monos to raise a mag, I'll hunt them in the wild.
  7. Why did you have to lock the doors to the lab and to the planet? Just standing around waiting to feed my mags is boring....why can't we visit the planet and kill stuff in this quest??? It would make it loads better....but you'd also need to have the shop keepers and the tekker back in his little kiosk area
  8. Hello again my friends! With Halloween quickly approaching, I figured it was time that I make a music pack for this spooky holiday. The spookiest music I have is from my Castlevania albums of Lament of Innocence and Curse of Darkness. To be quite honest, I've not listened to these albums in 20 years, but I found tracks to replace the music in the game for all the tracks I can replace. Making this music pack was very interesting as the loops this time around was so complex that it took a lot of time to find the perfect places to find where to loop the music so it's seamless. But, I was able to do it, and this music pack is of the highest quality that you've come to expect from me. The reason I chose to use the Castlevania music is because it's medieval horror, while still being fun and engaging. Also, for Halloween, the most iconic instrument for the holiday is the pipe organ - my most favorite instrument because I play the organ. The most famous Halloween music for the organ is "Toccata and Feuge in d minor" by Johan Sebastian Bach - you know the one, it sounds like this: Anyway, the music of Castlevania has a lot of organ in the various pieces, and the toccatas for the boss fights, especially Falz has a LOT of Pipe Organ in it. There's also some tracks that has distant church bells ringing while this ghostly, spooky melody is playing. There are also tracks where there is a counter melody playing at the same time as the foreground melody making a very dissonant but hauntingly beautiful harmony. I hope you enjoy this creepy, spooky music pack, and that it helps you celebrate Halloween in the best way possible! For the music tracks, you'll see initials at the end of each of the track titles. LoI is Lament of Innocence, CoD is Curse of Darkness, and KH is Kingdom Hearts. There is only one track I used from Kingdom Hearts, and that's "This is Halloween." I had several people ask me if I would use that track in my Halloween pack, and I told them I would try. It didn't fit in the game with the other Castlevania music as the vibe of "This is Halloween" is very different from Castlevania's genosequa. But for lobby music, it works. The music I used for this Halloween Pack is as follows: TITLE: Title “Prologue – LoI” ADVR: Character Select “Prologue to the Black Abyss – LoI” CHARA: Character Creation “Prologue – CoD” CITY: Pioneer 2 “Ghostly Theater – LoI” MEDICAL: Hospital “Garibaldi Courtyard – CoD” SHOP: Stores “Rinaldo’s Cabin – LoI” GUILD: Hunter’s Guild “Cordova Town – CoD” SOUTOKU: Principal’s Office “Fog-Enshrouded Nightscape – LoI” LABO: Lab “Despair – LoI” Areas Slbgm_forest: Forest 1 & 2 “The Forest of Jigramunt – CoD” Slbgm_cave: Caves 1, 2, & 3 “Anti-Soul Mysteries Lab – LoI” Slbgm_machine: Mines 1 & 2 “Eneomaos Machine Tower – CoD” Slbgm_ancient: Ruins 1, 2, & 3 “House of Sacred Remains – LoI” Slbgm_ruin: Temple Alpha / Beta “Abandoned Castle – CoD” Slbgm_space: Spaceship Alpha / Beta “Lament of Innocence – Leon’s Theme – LoI” Slbgm_seabed: Seabed 1 & 2 “Aiolon Ruins – CoD” Bosses DRAGON: Dragon “Followers of Darkness – The Second – CoD” DELO: De Rol Le “Elemental Tactician – LoI” VOL_OPT1: Vol Opt phase 1 “Followers of Darkness – The Third – CoD” VOL_OPT2: Vol Opt phase 2 “Legendary Belmont – CoD” Slbgm_dark: Meadow before Falz “Statue Enchanted by the Darkness – LoI” DARK1: Dark Falz phase 1 & 2 “Dark Night Toccata – LoI” DARK2: Dark Falz phase 3 “A Toccata Into Blood Soaked Darkness – CoD” DELO2: Barba Ray “Followers of Darkness – The First – CoD” DRAGON2: Gol Dragon “Stone King Golem – LoI” GRYPHON: Gal Gryphon “Melancholy Joachim – LoI” PROTO1: Olga phase 1 “Prison of Eternal Torture – LoI” HALL: Room before fighting Olga 2nd time “Dracula Appears – LoI” PROTO2: Olga phase 2 “Snake Head Medusa – LoI” Slbgm_boss9: St. Million “Bizarre Room – LoI” Slbgm_boss9b: Shambertin / Kondrieu “Bizarre Room – LoI” Special Events T1: Rico Tyrel “Devil Forging – CoD” T2: Heathcliff Flowen “Water Prison – LoI” clear: Quest Completion “Bloodstained Demise – LoI” ENDING_LOOP: After you kill Dark Falz “True to Your Dreams – CoD” CUBE_ENDING_LOOP: After you kill Olga Flow “Endless Sorrow – CoD” EP4_ENDING_LOOP: After you kill ep4 final boss “Joachim of the Clear Blue Riverside – LoI” LOBBY: The game lobby “This is Halloween - KH” **DISCLAIMER - As much as I would have liked to make music for the Jungle, Mountain, Seaside, CCA, Towers, Crater, Crater Interior, and the Subterranean Desert, the way the game is coded screws up the custom music for those areas at best, CRASHES IN A GIANT FIRE at worst, and the custom music just won't work for those areas. ** If you would like my music pack - here's how you install it to change the music of PSO Open your Ultima-PSOBB folder on your hard drive .... the default location for install is: C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/UltimaPSOBB. 9. Hello again my friends!!! Over the past couple days - October 1-4, 2023 - I've been working on a very special music pack using the soundtrack for Final Fantasy X. Final Fantasy X is not only my favorite Final Fantasy game, it's my MOST FAVORITE game OF ALL TIME!!!!! There are soooooo many iconic tracks in Final Fantasy X, like "To Zanarkand" "Someday the Dream Will End" "Besaid Island" and "Suteki Da Ne." One of my most favorite tracks in all of Final Fantasy X is "Men Staked on Blitz" and I really hope you have a subwoofer because many of the tracks I used for this music pack have a LOT of bass in them. The music of Final Fantasy X is just incredible - and while I wasn't able to use all of it, what I did use will make PSO sound incredible too! I also wanted to let you know: In Final Fantasy X where Suteki Da Ne is sung, in the game the lyrics are in Japanese. However, I have been fortunate enough to find English versions of both Suteki Da Ne arrangement - one for the underwater date scene, and the one for the ending credits. I used both of the English versions in this music pack. If you've never heard the lyrics for Suteki Da Ne in English, here they are: Wind and my heart swimming in collected words, Moved by the wind, in through the world. Clouds like a voice that we all recognize, Carry the holding future. Moon on the sky as a trembling heart, Shown on the glass unsteadily. Stars shedding tears in an overflowing stream, I see the night all around me. Suteki Da Ne - being together all alone, Walking hand in hand. And I want to go to your city, to your home, into your arms. That is all, inside your body, from those conflicted nights, As from my dreams. Wind died away and I feel all the words, Led by a gentle illusion. Clouds are the future that cannot be attained, Told from impossible distance. The moon fill with night as it flowed through your heart, Such far away reflections. stars ripe like tears like fruit falls from a tree, I wipe my dreams off the nighttime. Suteki Da Ne - being together all alone, Walking hand in hand. And I want to go to your city, to your home, into your arms, To feel your face, the touch of memory. And now that I awake, as from a dream. Suteki Da Ne - being together all alone, Walking hand in hand. And I want to go to your city, to your home, into your arms, To feel your face, the touch of memory. And now that I awake, as from a dream. To be completely honest - when I first heard Suteki Da Ne in English - the lyrics were so moving that I was brought to tears - that's how incredible Final Fantasy X is! Nobuo Uematsu is a fucking genius!!! I used the following tracks for this music pack TITLE: Title “To Zanarkand” ADVR: Character Select “The Splendid Performance” CHARA: Character Creation “The Prelude” CITY: Pioneer 2 “Luca” MEDICAL: Hospital “Illusion” SHOP: Stores “Spiran Scenery” GUILD: Hunter’s Guild “Men Staked on Blitz” SOUTOKU: Principal’s Office “Tidus’ Theme” LABO: Lab “Brave Advancement” Areas Slbgm_forest: Forest 1 & 2 “Chocobo Jam” Slbgm_cave: Caves 1, 2, & 3 “Thunder Plains” Slbgm_machine: Mines 1 & 2 “Normal Battle” Slbgm_ancient: Ruins 1, 2, & 3 “My Father’s Murderer” Slbgm_ruin: Temple Alpha / Beta “Besaid Island” Slbgm_space: Spaceship Alpha / Beta “Blitz Off” Slbgm_seabed: Seabed 1 & 2 “Someday the Dream Will End” Bosses DRAGON: Dragon “Hurry” DELO: De Rol Le “Enemy Attack” VOL_OPT1: Vol Opt phase 1 “Start” VOL_OPT2: Vol Opt phase 2 “Raid” Slbgm_dark: Meadow before Falz “The Deceased Laugh” DARK1: Dark Falz phase 1 & 2 “Seymour’s Ambition” DARK2: Dark Falz phase 3 “Seymour Battle” DELO2: Barba Ray “Unwavering Decision” DRAGON2: Gol Dragon “Confrontation” GRYPHON: Gal Gryphon “Crisis” PROTO1: Olga phase 1 “Challenge” HALL: Room before fighting Olga 2nd time “Ominous” PROTO2: Olga phase 2 “Summoned Beast Battle” Slbgm_boss9: St. Million “Decisive Battle” Slbgm_boss9b: Shambertin / Kondrieu “Decisive Battle” Special Events T1: Rico Tyrel “Yuna’s Decision T2: Heathcliff Flowen “The Truth Revealed” clear: Quest Completion “Victory Fanfare – FFX Version” ENDING_LOOP: After you kill Dark Falz “Suteki Da Ne – Orchestrated Version” CUBE_ENDING_LOOP: After you kill Olga Flow “Suteki Da Ne – Isn’t in Beautiful? 10. Hello my friends! For the past month I've been making a music pack from the soundtrack of Final Fantasy XVI - and let me tell you, the music of Final Fantasy 16 is amazing! The soundtrack has music for all occasions, from light and happy to icky and scary and creepy. There are even tracks that are electronic with unsettling vibes in the music. If you pay close attention to the Vol Opt phase 1 fight, the Seabed levels, and the Olga Flow fight as well as the Ruins levels - you'll see what I mean. The music I used for each of the areas in the game are as follows: TITLE: Title “Land of the Eikons” ADVR: Character Select “Return of the Archduke” CHARA: Character Creation “Into the Mire – Stillwind” CITY: Pioneer 2 “The Grand Duchy of Rosaria - Unused” MEDICAL: Hospital “Idylls of the Empire” SHOP: Stores “Our Terms” GUILD: Hunter’s Guild “Histoire – The Holy Empire of Sanbreque” SOUTOKU: Principal’s Office “Final Farewells” LABO: Lab “The State of the Realm” Areas Slbgm_forest: Forest 1 & 2 “Lovely, Dark, and Deep – The Greatwood” Slbgm_cave: Caves 1, 2, & 3 “Hamartia” Slbgm_machine: Mines 1 & 2 “Catacecaumene” Slbgm_ancient: Ruins 1, 2, & 3 “Furor” Slbgm_ruin: Temple Alpha / Beta “Against the Wind – The Eye of the Tempest” Slbgm_space: Spaceship Alpha / Beta “Color and Crackle” Slbgm_seabed: Seabed 1 & 2 “Heavensbound – Reverie” Bosses DRAGON: Dragon “Find the Flame” DELO: De Rol Le “The Parting Sea” VOL_OPT1: Vol Opt phase 1 “Where it All Began – The Apodytery” VOL_OPT2: Vol Opt phase 2 “On the Shoulders of Giants” Slbgm_dark: Meadow before Falz “One With God” DARK1: Dark Falz phase 1 & 2 “Logos” DARK2: Dark Falz phase 3 “Ascension” DELO2: Barba Ray “To Sail Forbidden Seas” DRAGON2: Gol Dragon “Army of One – The Einherjar” GRYPHON: Gal Gryphon “Away” PROTO1: Olga phase 1 “Titan Lost” HALL: Room before fighting Olga 2nd time “Time and Death” PROTO2: Olga phase 2 “Heart of Stone” Slbgm_boss9: St. Million “Mid-boss Battle – Unused” Slbgm_boss9b: Shambertin / Kondrieu “Mid-boss Battle – Unused” Special Events T1: Rico Tyrel “Where the Heart Is” T2: Heathcliff Flowen “Cut from the Cloth clear: Quest Completion “Fanfare” ENDING_LOOP: After you kill Dark Falz “Faith” CUBE_ENDING_LOOP: After you kill Olga Flow “My Lady” EP4_ENDING_LOOP: After you kill ep4 final boss “Aligned” LOBBY: The game lobby “Forevermore – The Grand Duchy of Rosaria” **DISCLAIMER - As much as I would have liked to make music for the Jungle, Mountain, Seaside, CCA, Towers, Crater, Crater Interior, and the Subterranean Desert, the way the game is coded screws up the custom music for those areas at best, CRASHES IN A GIANT FIRE at worst, and the custom music just won't work for those areas. ** If you would like my music pack - here's how you install it to change the music of PSO Open your UltimaPSOBB folder on your hard drive .... the default location for install is: C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/UltimaPSOBB. 11. Would anyone like me to make a music pack to use for spooky times like Halloween and day of the dead? I'd have to look for spooky music but I'm sure I can find Halloween-esque music. Would you guys like that from me? Also, as a minor side note, would you also like me to make music for Christmas and maybe Easter events?
  12. You're gonna kill me.....I found another error I need to fix in my maglopedia when I was raising a mag for someone....it just irritates me after taking careful measurement and great care in making my .pdf .... Sigh. I'll get it fixed eventually....

    Summer Event 2023

This is the best format for seasonal events! I remember years ago when the event started and there was an excel spreadsheet that was updated AFTER players got drops. This version showing what's available and where to go looking for said item is infinitely better!!!! Thank you!!!
  14. It's done, and you can get it right now!
  15. have you had a chance to try out my zelda music pack yet? Have you had a chance to try out my zelda music yet? It's finished and posted!
  16. My charts have updated numbers BASED ON PERSONAL OBSERVATIONS which I have made on Ultima Server PSO
  17. It also doesn't go into any of the mag cell evolutions.... it makes mention of them, that there are mag cells out there for certain evolutions but doesn't go into any other detail than that.
  18. While that link will go neck deep into the subject of mags..... It only gives you the feeding chart of the mag you're viewing whereas several mags use the same chart - so why not make it efficient.... I don't know, I didn't make the site. That site also does not go into any of the mag cell combinations / evolutions other than a sentence at the bottom. Raising one of those mags deserves more than a sentence IMHO. When I started playing PSO back in 2001 when it came out on the GameCube, I got the official players guide which did have all the feeding charts in them..... but I noticed several inconsistancies from what the players guide said to what I personally observed. So..... I made my own Maglopedia, complete with nearly everything you need to know about mags..... *** DISCLAIMER *** My maglopedia will NOT go into activation rates based on what lv IQ and Syncro are.... IMHO there's information, and then there's information overload. When I made my maglopedia, I wanted it to be as correct as possible .... So I figured out a way to convert the olde school CRT light lines into values and put those as the numbers in each of 12 feeding charts that are in my guide. As the years went on and TVs upgraded to LCD panels and now LED TVs and 4K Variants, the precision of pixels is such that my numbers were able to be updated to more accurate values. When I was done, I went and compared my numbers with a myriad of other sites such as this very forum, pso-world.com, SEGA.com/pso1&2 and others just to see how close i was to what the official stuff is. My numbers are pretty spot on. In a couple of the feeding charts my number is off by 1 either up or down on one of the values and I figured that was good enough since I based my number on what I personally observed. I hope my guide, my Maglopedia can help you out if you want to raise mags for fun, or if you want to get into raising mags for others for say, PDs or something - I hear that can be quite lucrative since raising a baby mag to lv 200 takes a good deal of time and in-game meseta and there are players out there who would happily buy a lv 200 mag raised to exacting standards so they can concentrate and what they want to do and not have to worry about raising a mag, slowing down their desired gameplay. Cheers everyone!! -Z The Maglopedia.pdf
  19. Hi everyone, It's been a while since I've made a music pack for PSO - and this time I wanted to do something special for all of you. While I do understand that there's another Zelda OGG Music Pack here on the forums, that music pack is 99% Skyward Sword Music and like 2 tracks from other zelda games. This music pack I just made includes music from the following: The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Syphony Ocarina of Time Majora's Mask The Wind Waker Twilight Princess Unlike my last music pack where I looked for something somber and ethereal for the Game Title Screen, this time I went with a medley from the 25th Anniversary Symphony. It starts off quiet-like with two strikes of the Carillon Bells - and then it's a huge symphony movement of The Legend of Zelda theme music that you know and love! My train of thought for this music pack was to use the grand orchestrations for the very beginning and the very end of the game, and use music from the 4 Zelda game soundtracks that I have for the game music, boss music, and special areas. The following is the track list I used for my music pack TITLE: Title “The Legend of Zelda Main Theme Medley” from the 25th Anniversary Orchestra ADVR: Character Select “Selection Menu” from Twilight Princess CHARA: Character Creation “Windfall Island” from Wind Waker CITY: Pioneer 2 “Staff Credits” from Wind Waker MEDICAL: Hospital “Zora’s Domain” from Twilight Princess SHOP: Stores “Shop” from Majora's Mask GUILD: Hunter’s Guild “Wind Waker Demo Music” from Wind Waker SOUTOKU: Principal’s Office “Kakariko Village” from the 25th Anniversary Orchestra LABO: Lab “Hyrule Field Main Theme” From Twilight Princess Areas Slbgm_forest: Forest 1 & 2 “Outset Island” from Wind Waker Slbgm_cave: Caves 1, 2, & 3 “Stone Tower Temple” from Majora's Mask Slbgm_machine: Mines 1 & 2 “Tower of the Gods” from Wind Waker Slbgm_ancient: Ruins 1, 2, & 3 “Shadow Temple” from Ocarina of Time Slbgm_ruin: Temple Alpha / Beta “The Great Sea” from Wind Waker Slbgm_space: Spaceship Alpha / Beta “Gerudo Valley” from Ocarina of Time Slbgm_seabed: Seabed 1 & 2 “Great Bay Temple” from Majora’s Mask Bosses DRAGON: Dragon “Dinosaur Boss Battle” from Ocarina of Time DELO: De Rol Le “The Second Maritime Battle” from Wind Waker VOL_OPT1: Vol Opt phase 1 “The Tower of Forsaken Fortress” from Wind Waker VOL_OPT2: Vol Opt phase 2 “Phantom Ganon” from Wind Waker Slbgm_dark: Meadow before Falz “Temple of Time” from Ocarina of Time DARK1: Dark Falz phase 1 & 2 “Mid-boss Battle 2” from Twilight Princess DARK2: Dark Falz phase 3 “Boss Battle 2” from Twilight Princess DELO2: Barba Ray “The Great Sea is Cursed” from Wind Waker DRAGON2: Gol Dragon “Puppet Ganon - Snake” from Wind Waker GRYPHON: Gal Gryphon “Odalwa Boss” from Majora’s Mask PROTO1: Olga phase 1 “Molgera” from Wind Waker HALL: Room before fighting Olga 2nd time “Illusionary Room” from Wind Waker PROTO2: Olga phase 2 “Ganondorf Fight” from Wind Waker Slbgm_boss9: St. Million “Goht Fight” from Majora’s Mask Slbgm_boss9b: Shambertin / Kondrieu “Goht Fight” from Majora’s Mask Special Events T1: Rico Tyrel “Chamber of The Sages” from Ocarina of Time T2: Heathcliff Flowen “Title Theme” from Majora’s Mask clear: Quest Completion “Event Clear” from Majora’s Mask ENDING_LOOP: After you kill Dark Falz “Twilight Princess Symphonic Movement” from the 25th Anniversary Orchestra CUBE_ENDING_LOOP: After you kill Olga Flow “Wind Waker Symphonic Movement” from the 25th Anniversary Orchestra EP4_ENDING_LOOP: After you kill ep4 final boss “The Legend of Zelda 25th Anniversary Medly” from the 25th Anniversary Orchestra LOBBY: The game lobby “Celebration” and “New Wave Bossa Nova” from Majora’s Mask **DISCLAIMER - As much as I would have liked to make music for the Jungle, Mountain, Seaside, CCA, Towers, Crater, Crater Interior, and the Subterranean Desert, the way the game is coded screws up the custom music for those areas at best, CRASHES IN A GIANT FIRE at worst, and the custom music just won't work for those areas.** If you would like my music pack - here's how you install it to change the music of PSO Open your UltimaPSOBB folder on your hard drive .... the default location for install is C:/ProgramFiles(x86)/UltimaPSOBB. Then, click this link for the music pack: https://www.mediafire.com/file/awzzj86mbh4q614/Zelda_Music_PSO.zip/file Download the Zipped folder of the Zelda Music (there are 37 .ogg files plus one .docx of the track listing) After you download the Zipped file, right-click it and say "EXTRACT HERE" This will uncompress the folder and give you access to all the .ogg files inside. Now, select all the .ogg files and copy them over into the OGG folder in the PSOBB directory. When your computer asks if you would like to REPLACE all the files SAY YES! this will change the music of your game to the music listed above! If you would like me to make special music for you - just let me know - I'm always happy to help. Cheers, -Z
  20. I'm beginning a Zelda Music Pack Project... It should be done soon 😃
  21. Hello my friends! 😃 I've been thinking for a while that a new music pack from the Legend of Zelda would be amazing to make for PSO. I know that there's already a Zelda Music Pack here on the forums, but most of that music is from Skyward Sword, and I wanted to make one from the music I have. I have the soundtracks for Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Wind Waker, Twilight Princess, and the 25th Anniversary Orchestral Concert held in Tokyo back in 2011. For those of you who know me, you know that I love music most of all in this world. The Lengend of Zelda is a huge part of my childhood - and I'm sure many of you can say the same thing - I loved playing through ocarina of time and then majora's mask - but when I got my GameCube and I got wind waker for it - I fell in love with The Legend of Zelda all over again. You should also know about me that I like to make things be as wonderful and amazing as I can, and I promise you that when I get done with this Zelda music pack, it's going to be something special!! I'm already finding melodies that will fit perfectly into the game - and several areas are going to have massive medleys from these games while still fitting in with the ambience of PSO. I can't wait to share with you the final Zelda Music Pack once I get it finished - this is truly going to be something special, so please stay tuned!! Cheers, and be sure to have fun, -Z
