What it really sounds like by your own admission is that you’re just looking to sell your gear, not that you think this rule has much impact on server population.
For the record all servers have similarly strict rmt policies.
I dont care to sell all my gear , as always on this sever any topic posted turns into somthing it wasnt, My only point was , bring it back would increase the player base. I mean people still sell items in privite and break the rules all the time . yes 99.9% of games do not allow it . I get it

either way it dont matter to me , i dont even play here , but i do have 10k dt+ worth of max gear rotting away in my banks , and I can be 100% positive the average player here would want to buy them for a heavliy discounted rwt price .

when this was allowed there was 100-200 players on the sever and I cant
remember hackers and dupers crawlling out of the "woodwork" that was never a problem , 99% of those rwt trade where done right on forums with trusted veteran players

I disagree , steam and google gift cards where clearly allowed at some points and that is indefinitly rwt , i can remember buying and selling items for steam gift cards right here on forums and it was perfectly allowed. it was not a grey area at all , it was clearly stated that steam gift cards and other gift cards where allowed .

try running ds4 first as admin then running launcher as admin . only way i can get mine to work.

there is a few settings in the launcher that could cause similar problem, can you look in launcher options that IME, cpu reduction, test sever options are unchecked.
also not sure that you need to run in win 7 compatibility mode , win 10 runs the game pretty great as is for me

Im not sure that I understand the problem your having exactly , I can give you a great tip tho..... try using a program like "xpadder" or "joy2key" they are free programs and lets you program any controller as you wish .
for example I have my traps on L2 and R2 ,stars and trimates on left and right d pad, sol and moon on left and right for the right analog .
this will allow your the most custom options when setting up controls , if your controller has any other extra or unused buttons you can program them aswell

Easily the fastest way for unsealing
IDS is about 300kills to the hidden pd room takes about 5 min and chance at a pd every time , wraith of forest is still good for kills 😃

we just forget about that one time it was re-allowed for several highend players to rwt bc they were quiting? so even if i did want to sell my gear would that negate the fact that more people would play if they had a chance to make something out of time spent?
