No it happens when I exit, for eg I deposit money, press B and bam - I'm on the title screen

Sometimes when I access the bank/storage to take/deposit items the game returns to the title screen. Has happened five times in my playthrough - is this some sort of bug? It's super annoying, can something be done to get rid if it?
