Ok so I was in the dark with my laptop I was choosing my char I was on my phone then I accidently pressed on recreate lol. So can I get my whole account rollbacked? so I can have my high lvl char back

Yo I lost my good mag and mag cell when I store it in /bank I disconnected then I went back and checked and it was gone I need a Rollback plz
