Hey there,
This happens often when it comes to mag feeding and giving it to another character.
My suggestion make a dedicated evolution character for yourself so it would be easier to send it by bank (this bug doesn't affect mags stored in banks and accessed by same account).

I don't think so, mats sometimes bug out like that, if you do however notice it happening frequently, you can ask for an inventory flush

Could be just a problem with the User Account control, considering if you have anything above Windows Vista; but I also never heard of it happening if it happens again, can you post some extra details, like OS used, running programs, etc?

I noticed this bug doesn't tend to occur if you use a common bank. Needless to say I hope you get your items.

On a side note, if you really are bored at class, you can always try to look at someone and make up a story about them, completely ridiculous like someone next to you is a level Cleric who has a meth habit or something lol; Entertain yourself, but don't like stare or anything. Lol

I agree with you that it should be fixed however one thing to put into consideration is the fact that ithere is a such a thing called "Happy Hour" on this server which essentially triples the drop rate. If it were 1/12603 like it used to be tripling that drop rate would actually make it become 1/4201. By making it into 1/26596 it can accommodate "Happy Hour" (the rate would be 1/8865) without making the drop THAT much easier. Happy Hour happens pretty often.

There are a few quests you can do for hunting lame's
The special MAX attack for dorphons is actually called M4DMD or something like that in the ultima subsection of the quests that you can only access in normal mode. There are 2 dorphons at the beginning after the first 3 Zu's and a lot more as you progress through it (before Sub Desert). Bring a gun, makes life easier.
Another thing you can do is make friends with a Force, Forces have a relatively easier time in EP 4 (High level with good techs)
A last suggestion is going in one person mode and doing the "Warrior's Pride Quest" yo have party members and one of them is a ranger who can basically take the Zu's no problem just remember to heal them/Star atomizer them (if you are a cast). There are also two routes in it, a Dorphon Route or a Zu route. Google search "A soldier's pride" and you will get a walkthrough of the quest.

Sorry that you are having a lot of trouble.
Shout's problem was actually a faulty .dll I forget the name I could research it for you, and it seems to happen a lot with Windows XP as part of the security updates that corrupt it.

I am not willing to buy anything atm, but I did just want to point you in the right direction of what shield is good for Foney, Hylian Shield is decent, RR is also decent, but most seem to go for 3 seals.

Hey,
My suggestions would be:
1) Instead of Wizard Resist, why not Dominion: Resist (Dominion was the name of the staff used to seal the time temple kind of related to wizard's but I think it sounds cooler lol)
2) Centurion: Power could be named into Ganondorf: Power (Due to the fact he always had the triforce of power with him at almost all times in Ocarina of Time)
3) Centurion: Arm could be named into Sheik: Arm (Due to the fact she gives the light arrows to link and like resembles a ninja soo ninja's should be accurate right?)
4) I agree with Fatboy on Link: Luck since that dude was luckier than a leprechaun.
I like the Sage: Resist from chuk was my second choice xD

Probably was a GM and it doesn't happen often but they tend to check up on things, seeing everything is working as it should.

Hey there and welcome to Ultima.
First off, I would like to know what actually happens, do you get a title screen and then it asks or do you get towards the screen where it says "Play Game", "Exit Game", "Patch Download" and "Username"?
Regardless:
1) Choose the username option if that screen comes along
2) Then press Enter on where it says User. Type your username in and press enter again
3) Go down, press enter on password then type that in, then press OK it should work.
If that's not what you are looking for please post a picture so I can better understand what you are talking about.

Hey there.
Sorry that your inventory bugged out, it seems to happen to a lot of people possibly due to a faulty item etc; that being said there is a specific format you need to follow I.E. what time time zone you are in, a picture of your inventory before it happened would be awesome too.

Great idea, sadly Ventrilo doesn't work well for me. My mic is fine, the settings are correct (according to various guides, youtube vids etc) but when I speak, you can barely hear me. My words get cut off and you hear lots of background noise (even when it's quiet in my room).
Any idea what I can do about it?
Are you using Voice Activation?
