added exeptions and still continues to download PsOBB.pat over and over again. tells me to restart client after its done downloading then says it again after restart

I'm using McAfee but I'll try adding exceptions and see if that helps

ok so i was able to start the game up now but had to update patches and it installed 11, had to restart now i reopened the game and now it doesnt let me start the game i input my login info then hit start game and it keeps on downloading and installing Ps0BB.pat over and over again it wont get past it

Game client keeps crashing on startup, uninstalled then reintalled and still causing this issue. Not sure what it can be, tried compatibility mode along with run as admin mode and nothing. Worked before update and now does not. Help PLease

is there anyway to recover my username then? Cause im pretty certain theyre both the same on my account. But if not Id like to see about potentially recovering my username

So haven't been on for a while and getting back at it. Tried to log on today and well forgot my password and requested a temp and attempted to change it I input my username but says that it does not exist but apparently it does im logged In to the website. any help please.

I havent played with this character for the past 2 days and when i logged in with him today i checked my items on 9/3/2012 at 11:32 and they were all gone. Umm I had the items on the character since I started that character since it was fairly new I hadn't changed the equipment and its been about 2 weeks since the issue.

i have those two only i dont know if its because i have a bad connection or something else that keeps causing this its the second time this happened.

i had about 14 items on the character but when i logged of after the disconnection and logged back in everything in inventory including all the ???? items were all completely gone. Does this mean the only way is to delete character and start anew?

Lost connection then on relog lost all inventory all it showed was "????" except for 3 items flame visit and ano bazooka and elf arm as well, i had a god arm which is what im concerned about and my weps. Happened around 7:49 AM on 8/17/2012 GC:42095558 Slot 3
