Already did been a week and no reply still waiting.

I logged in one day and a "???" item appear in my common bank i want to say this happen anywhere between 9/11/2011 and 9/13/2011. I don't know what time. There is more then one but i can seach box without crashing. It has gotten worse as it went from 1 item to 4. Guild Card: 42089961 Uploaded with ImageShack.us

I logged in today and my common bank got bugged with a ??? item. i removed most of the items also it crashed me so hard that it said patch server down and the server was under mant. pics to come.
