Now again like all my other guides this is with an open slot to gain actual perfect Max stats you will need to use the open slot as a Cent/Ability in which you could modify your mag so your characters stats will be maxed with minor material usage. There is no armor, so these stats could be varied depending on weapon and armor you decide to finish your character with. This is just the best possible way to get max stats with an open slot not calculation weapon and armor.
