Lastly, I have this ashura mag cell, but I dunno how to use it. Does anyone know what the pre-req's are on this thing ~ level on mag type etc etc.? Thanks in advance! It doesn't mention anything on the ashura cell. Is this like ultima exclusive? Scht has an elenor, but it comes already evolved and without PBs. thanks again.
