psobb.exe freeze(solved)

i have a problem, in winter rest to the game and after  update of march, my game  freezing  at launch, ando i dont know why freezing, i have never frozen.

no virus protection, no error aparead only freezing and dont charge, , dont problems before  with resolutions and 

I do not think it's the problem., i update with other launcher and is the same. 

before February my game worked 100% but now it's not

the problem with freezing in psobb.exe is  ram problem, excess of videogames in my laptop,, i quit many heavy games and  the game run again
